-Have a nutritious diet rich in fruits, fish, nuts, whole grains, and leafy greens.
-Stay Active. Exercise is very important, especially outdoors to get your vitamin D.
-Wear UV protected sunglasses everyday.
-Visit your optometrist every year, get your eye exam, including the Retinal eye exam and dilation.
-Wear your most updated eye-glass prescription.
-Do not over extend the wear of your contact lenses.
